How do I book a session?
You can book most of our services directly through our online booking system. For a few select services, requests are handled by email. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
Yes — you may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session at no cost. Changes made within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.

 

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time. Same-day appointments are sometimes available, but not guaranteed.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

A:Yes, all listed prices include VAT where applicable.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments via credit card through Stripe. You may also pay at the studio using TWINT or cash.

 

Can I pay at the studio?
Yes — for individual sessions, you may pay at the time of service via TWINT or cash. Packages and online bookings should be paid in advance.

 

How do Combo Pack requests work?
After purchasing a Fitness Package, you may request a Combo Pack by email.

  • 3-Session Follow-Up Wellness Pack → 25% off regular price

  • 6-Session Follow-Up Wellness Pack → 35% off regular price
    We’ll approve your request and send you a unique discount code to use at checkout.

 

Are packages refundable?
No. Packages are non-refundable, but with prior approval, you may transfer unused sessions to another person.

Do packages expire?

Yes. Packages are valid for 3, 6, and 12 months from purchase to encourage consistency and measurable results.

 

How do I use a coupon code?
Enter your unique code at checkout in the booking system. Discounts will be applied automatically.

 

Where are you located?
Our studio is located in Lutry, Switzerland. Full address and directions are available on our Contact page.

 

Do you offer online sessions?
Yes — selected services can be booked online. You’ll receive a Zoom link in your confirmation email. Please ensure your device is ready before the session begins.

 

What should I bring to my first class?
Comfortable workout clothing, a water bottle, and an open mind! Mats and all necessary Pilates equipment are provided.

 

What happens if I arrive late?
Your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients.

 

Can I transfer sessions to someone else?
Yes — with prior approval, unused sessions may be transferred to another person.
