Service Description
Get 4 weeks of ongoing support after your Follow-Up Wellness session. ✔ Weekly email or message check-ins ✔ Guidance, accountability, and adjustments to your plan ✔ Flexible support between sessions ⚠️ Note: The “15-minute duration” shown is only for system purposes. This service runs continuously over 4 weeks and is not a live session. Available only after completing at least one Follow-Up Wellness session.
Cancellation Policy
360 Wellness Academy – Booking Policy We value your time and ours, so we’ve set the following booking guidelines: 1. Booking & Confirmation - Most services are confirmed immediately at the time of booking. - A few services require approval (“by request”). You will be notified by email once these requests are confirmed. - Please review your booking carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling - You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no cost. - Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full session fee. - Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged in full. 3. Late Arrivals - Please arrive on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. 4. Payments - Online Payment: Secure payment by card (via Stripe) is available at booking. - Pay Later: For selected services, you may choose to pay at the time of your appointment by TWINT or cash. - Packages: Prepaid packages must be paid in full at the time of booking. - 360 Wellness Academy is not VAT registered. All prices shown are final and tax inclusive. 5. Prepaid Packages - Packages must be paid in full before the first session. - Valid for the duration specified at purchase. - Unused sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval. 6. Online Sessions - If your booking is online, you’ll receive a Zoom link in your confirmation email. - Please ensure your device is ready before the session starts.
