360 Wellness Academy – Full Booking Policy

We value your time and ours, so please take a moment to review our booking policies.

 

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Most services can be booked directly online and you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email once approved.

  • A few services are “on request” only — in those cases, you will first receive an acknowledgment and then a separate confirmation email once availability is confirmed.

  • Please review your details carefully and contact us immediately if corrections are needed.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no cost.

  • Changes made within 24 hours of your session will be charged the full session fee.

  • No-shows are charged in full.

 

3. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time. Sessions end at the scheduled time to respect other clients.

 

4. Payments

  • Individual sessions: Payment can be made online by credit card at booking, or at the time of service via TWINT (coming soon) or cash.

  • Pre-paid packages: Must be paid in full at booking (online by credit card or TWINT).

  • All prices are shown in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include VAT (where applicable).

 

5. Pre-Paid Packages

  • Must be paid in full before the first session.

  • Valid for the duration specified at purchase.

  • Non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person with prior approval.

 

6. Online Sessions

  • Online sessions include a Zoom link in your confirmation email.

  • Please ensure your device and connection are ready before the start time.

 

7. Special Offers & Coupons

  • From time to time, we offer discounts or pre-launch promotions.

  • To redeem, simply provide the coupon code when booking or paying.

8. Complimentary Recovery Zone Add-On

  • Each pre-paid Fitness or Wellness session includes one 15-minute Recovery Zone add-on.

  • This must be booked in advance through the booking form.

  • The add-on cannot be rescheduled, carried over, or exchanged for other services.
